How do I register my organization?

Please register the organization under the Executive Director or the head of the organization. Once you begin registration and enter your organization's information, you must complete the registration in that session. You CANNOT save and return later - the registration must be completed at once. Please gather all required information for registration prior to beginning the registration module.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, request a password reset through the GMS login page. Please check your spam or junk email folder, as the reset email often directs there.

Who should I contact if I forget my login credentials?

Send an email to PGCCOUNCILGRANTS@co.pg.md.us. A Grants Team member will assist you with resetting your credentials.

Does the GMS log you out after inactivity?

Yes. For security purposes, the system will log you out after a period of inactivity. Therefore, please save your work frequently.

Can I save an incomplete task in the application module and resume later?

Yes. Please save your work as you advance through the application module. When prompted, the GMS system will save your progress and you may return later to continue.
